REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR IN-PERSON PARTICIPANTS: We received a high volume of applications. Unfortunately, the number of rooms available in Erice is not unlimited. When the maximum availability is saturated, we will include all subsequent in-person registrations in a reserve list, which we will draw from on a first-come first-served basis.

The registration process will take place in three steps. 

1. A pre-registration phase will take place from January 5th to February 7th 2022 using the Registration form page.  All participants - whether in person or online, wishing to present or not at the conference - must complete the registration form.

2. If you wish to submit an abstract for a talk and/or a poster, use the Submit your contribution page. In-person participants can submit title and abstract for both an oral contribution and/or a poster. Online participants can only submit a poster abstract to participate in the hybrid poster session.

Please submit only one PDF (max. one A4 page) containing title, abstract, max. one representative figure, references, and a pointer to the preprint or publication if available.

It is very important that you register first and then submit your contribution.

3. After the pre-registration process, the Organizing Committee will proceed with a selection of the oral and poster contributions. All registered participants will be informed of the outcome of the process. All in-person participants will then be asked to complete their registration by paying the registration fees by March 12th.
