Venue

Rooms for participants are located in the medieval town of Erice, Sicily, situated on a hill overlooking the City of Trapani.

The majority of the rooms (all with single occupancy) are in the Villa San Giovanni complex where also most of the activities will be held. Other accommodations will be provided in hotels downtown, just a short walk from the conference venue.

Villa San Giovanni, previously a clerical summer residence, has been recently refurbished as a location for conferences and cultural events. The complex is immersed in a beautiful garden adjacent to the wooded area of Mount Erice, where lunches and coffee breaks will be arranged.

The Full Package registration fees include

• Single room accommodation from Sunday 12^th June to Thursday 16^th June 2022 (4 nights)
• Full board with breakfast, lunch (served at the Villa San Giovanni hotel), coffee breaks, and dinner. The dinner is served in selected restaurants in the historical centre of Erice.
• Bus transfer from Palermo Airport to the venue (and vice versa) on the official days of arrival and departure.
